QED Legal and
its trading style QED Legal IT has been founded by people with extensive
experience in building and managing national teams of legal recruitment
consultants. We are looking for people to join our team. Our aim is to grow
teams into geographical remits or vertical markets around the UK. If you are
someone with legal IT recruitment experience and a confidence to bill, but feel
you are trapped by a glass ceiling or feel frustrated by not being able to
recruit into the market you want to, then why not come and have a confidential
chat over a coffee with us. People that join us in our early stages and prove
themselves capable will be afforded the opportunity to grow teams around them
in their chosen geographical remit. Ultimately we are looking to service the
whole of the UK from Scotland to the South Coast of England and the QED Legal
IT team know the firms and market in all of these areas that will really help
you hit the ground running.
QED Legal IT has
invested in state of the art applicant tracking and CRM systems meaning your
administration is cut right back, freeing up more of your time to develop
relationships and recruit. Our database system has in built intelligence
features to help you get to the right candidates quickly and manage your workload
efficiently; moreover we are ‘cloud’ based meaning that working on the move or
at home are viable options. This also means we can set up a new office anywhere
in the UK for a talented recruiter almost immediately.
We offer highly
attractive packages including a monthly and quarterly commission scheme which
will allow you to earn at a higher rate than any competitor we are aware of.
Profit share arrangements are available for team managers who help us
accelerate the business. QED Legal IT is not a micro managed KPI led
organisation – we are looking for professionals who want to do a professional
job in an environment where the Partners are actually hands on, experienced in
the law and understand the job.
